Cada año se da a conocer la lista de los mejores restaurantes del mundo, en la que un panel de expertos en las artes culinarias da su opinión y es dada a conocer por The World’s 50 Best. Esta lista está compuesta por 50 restaurantes a lo largo del mundo y tiene una particularidad ningún restaurant puede repetir el puesto número uno, esta decisión fue tomada por el comité de evaluación en el 2019; la lista que te presentamos a continuación tiene dos restaurantes mexicanos, uno colombiano, uno chileno, uno argentino, uno brasileño y dos peruanos dejando la cocina latinoamericana muy bien posicionada.
Cada uno de estos restaurantes posee estrellas Michelines y premiaciones internacionales, reconociendo el arte que se esconde en los cuchillos.
